PVC-clad wood frame, welded PVC sash reinforced with steel, tempered glass, double or triple sealed units, up to 12 ft wide. Built-in blind optional.
What it changes
A window’s light reaches about one and a half times the height of its head. A patio door head at 80 in. therefore lights roughly 10 ft deep: the table, the counter, often the hallway. In November and December, Montréal gets less than 31% of its possible sunshine: what comes in depends mostly on the area of glass.
